Update plugin compatibility

I developed a plugin for WordPress and this message appears in the tab:

“This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”

The plugin works perfectly with the new versions. How can I confirm this and make sure this warning no longer appears? Do I need to release a new version of the plugin with compatibility indicated?
