Update posted info on Facebook

WordPress – Facebook page integration.

I currently use trigger when user publishes a post. But then when user updates the post title, for example, in WordPress, the change is not updated to Facebook. If I create another recipe for “when user updates a post”, then anytime user updates something, a new post will be posted to the Facebook page.

Is there any way to edit / update the posted info on Facebook page when user updates the original post from WordPress?
