Hi! I purchased the theme from theme forest and download it. After extracted the file I went to wordpress account then I chose appearance but no add theme button but instead it has only install new theme. When I clicked the āinstall new themeā and dragged the file it didnāt went through. Iām confused š«¤ whatās the problem?

Hey there have you installed the “full theme packaged” from Themeforest? If yes, that wouldn’t be the correct .zip.
Under downloads, you need to download and install the “installable theme file” instead.
The full theme package .zip, may contain the theme install file you need, but it will also have a bunch of stuff in it too, like documentation or demo files.
