{URL} paramneter not being populated

Hi,

I am using Embeddings and have unusual situations with {URL} parameter
– in a lot of cases the {URL} is not being populated and the response in Chatbot is “…. please visit {URL}”
– in some cases I have the URL expanded but also the {}
– and other cases works perfectly

Checked the embeddings and they have URL within them.

Any clues?
