Hi there,
When using this plugin to replace the default password reset email, users are not receiving it when they attempt to reset their passwords. If I send the email from the Dashboard in the Users section, they will receive it fine.
I have WP Mail Bank to set the emails to send via PHP mailer and track all emails sent from my site, and they are not showing any log of this email being attempted to send. Every other email from our site is sending okay, except for this one.
Is there another log I can look at to see if there is an error of some sort blocking the front-end version of these emails from being sent?
