Using new LOCAL PICKUP and checkout block – text changes to emails

so… I am using the new LOCAL PICKUP from woocommerce – that only works when you are using the CHECKOUT BLOCK. That part is working great BUT on the emails and the order confirmation with ORDERS page for customers the shipping address has “collection from” and then LOCATION NAME

I need to change that word collection – is there a tag or function or hook that I can use to replace that text at all?

any ideas anyone I cannot locate naything else on this?
