I installed a template and it needed the “Gutenverse” plugin for the templates to be installed. The plugin had some really cool designs and was easy to use, but now I’m trying to set up a contact form on the contact page and I can’t get stuff to work. When I installed gutenverse, underneath its name in the sidebar appeared “Form”. I figured I’d try this out, but after I submit a form and go to entries, it says I can export the entries. Once I export it and open it up in excel, it’s empty. Why is this happening?
They data is being collected when I look at the entries within WP. There isn’t anything saying I need to set up anything for it to work. Am I missing something?
