Changing images is not a feature of our plugin, is a feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if is it working without our plugin or not?
It’s not working when I turn off your plugin.

In that case, the issue is not from our side. Please deactivate all the additional plugins except WooCommerce and enable additional plugins one by one to identify the issue.
You can also try a default theme like- Storefront, Twenty Twenty to identify whether the issue is coming from the theme or not.
To perform the conflict test you can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. It will not ruin your site setup and you can enable/disable plugins/themes in troubleshooting mode.
