If I understand you correctly, the Venmo button is not displaying in your store’s checkout after updating to the latest WooCommerce version.
In that case, this seems to be an issue related to the payment gateway and not the WooCommerce core plugin. Therefore, I recommend opening a new thread under the correct payment gateway and not under the WooCommerce core plugin.
