Hi,
I have several products on my website with videos inside the product gallery.
Most of the time it works fine to open and play the videos via the lightbox. However, sometimes the following error message appears: “Video not available”.
When I close the lightbox and reopen it, the video plays without any problems.
I tried to turn off all other plugins, except woocommerce and the product video gallery on my website and switched to a standard theme. The problem still appeared.
Has anyone had any experience with this problem before? Is there a problem with the plugin or YouTube itself?
