Thanks for support request. I am unable to repeat this on my end.
Are you sure the issue is being caused by our plugin? Because we don’t actually have a file called idea-factory.js. Have you made any customisations?
If you have any browser, website and server caching in place, you should try deleting this in case there’s a versioning issue with scripts.

I’ve purged all caches and the problem persists.
The file is located (as per browser console) in /wp-content/plugins/idea-factory/public/assets/js/idea-factory.js so I’ve figured out that belongs to your plugin and I haven’t done any changes to it, actually I updated it yesterday to last version
