Hello everyone. My name is Waine and I make mushroom substrate. I’m completely out of my depth here and need help with “hosting”.
About 8months ago I paid a company to design and host a new version of an existing website. The jobs been 75% completed and now I can’t contact that company. I started to edit and finish the website my self but have realised that fatal errors and theme problems have started. I can’t view the new website or update many things.
I want move hosting companies but have been told that I need access to the old hosting account to get a new hosting account.
is it possible to save this site iv paid for without access to the previous company? I have access to wp-admin only.
I emailed them again today so still waiting.
