Website is slow after adjusting

[ad_1]

Hi all,

Apologies in advance for my poor English. I am building a website in a test environment which is almost finished. Now here is Woocommerce installed on it and basically everything is optimized that I can optimize myself.

However, especially after a modification in the back-end, the website sometimes remains very slow with load times of 3-4 sec. Once I have not worked on the website for a few days, strangely enough, it does seem to be fast and has very fast load times of only 1 to max 1.5 sec. Is this something that could be down to the back-end settings or is this more down to the hosting?

Can anyone tell me what else I need to do to make the website even fast once I have made a change in the back-end?

Note: WP Rocket is installed. I have also installed a CDN and the images are optimized.
