Website keeps getting 503 and 508 recently

[ad_1]

I really don’t know what to do to help out this problem. After running for years my website has recently started to get tons of 503 and 508 and at times other 500 errors.

When i look at my hosting my PhP threads and Memory keeps getting maxed out. I have a hosting with 2048 mb memory. But somehow that isnt enough anymore.

In my website logs i can find these errors spammed around 10 times a second:

a few examples:

1

Backend log: WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘%i LIKE ‘wp\_ee\_product\_feed” at line 1 for query SHOW COLUMNS FROM %i LIKE ‘wp\_ee\_product\_feed’ made by require\_once(‘wp-admin/admin.php’), do\_action(‘admin\_init’), WP\_Hook->do\_action, WP\_Hook->apply\_filters, TVC\_Admin\_Auto\_Product\_sync\_Helper->add\_table\_in\_db\\n

2

Backend log: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/xxxxxx.xxx/public\_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/API/ProductCatalog/ProductGroups/Read/Response.php on line 30\\n

3

Backend log: WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘%i ADD \`tiktok\_status\` varchar(200) NULL AFTER \`tiktok\_catalog\_id\`’ at line 1 for query ALTER TABLE %i ADD \`tiktok\_status\` varchar(200) NULL AFTER \`tiktok\_catalog\_id\` made by require\_once(‘wp-admin/admin.php’), do\_action(‘admin\_init’), WP\_Hook->do\_action, WP\_Hook->apply\_filters, TVC\_Admin\_Auto\_Product\_sync\_Helper->add\_table\_in\_db\\n

I have a small webshop. it seems that it is something to do with a product feed or the like?

I really am out of ideas on what to do to get mu business running again.

  1. It appears the tables in question belong to this plugin: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel & more Via Google Tag Manager For WooCommerce (at least, that’s what the Google search is saying) [https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/)

If you’re running it on the website, disable it and see everything gets back to normal. If it does, reach out to the plugin author and ask them for guidance. I checked their support forum and saw quite a number of issues related to the database, so other than asking you to temporarily disable the plugin, trying to optimize the database using plugins such as WP Optimize and getting in touch with the plugin author directly is the best I can do, but perhaps someone else will have a better idea.

You also have issues with this plugin: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/)

The same goes with their support forum and topics, in relation to DB errors
