Hi, recently changed WordPress website host from Godaddy to Siteground, we got a tech guy in to help with the migration, turned out he didn’t know what to do and in the end Siteground handled it directly. Whilst he was trying to figure it out he updated all the themes in WordPress without backing up and I think that messed up the website as now images/whole sections are missing from the site (this didn’t happen to our other website which was also migrated without updating themes). Siteground support are saying I need to update enfold version as it’s not supported on the recently updated WordPress version, to fix the issue… Tried updating it but it’s saying I need a token.. Problem is the developer who created the website is almost impossible to get a hold of and I don’t have any log in details etc for enfold to get a token.. Only have WordPress login details… 🙁 does anyone have any ideas of how I can get the website to look as it should? It looks fine in the default editor on WordPress but not via the url (issues are different on desktop site vs mobile site) … Website is: www.murmurresearch.com
Thanks

1. If you have an archive from GoDaddy with a working website you can try migrating again. Or if you didn’t cancel the account there, can you get hold of cpanel backup?
2. can you try with page revisions if the sections are missing? You could roll back the page that way.
3. Do you remember what was the previous version of WordPress? And what is the currently installed version of Enfold?
