Hey Reddit!
I’ll keep it short. I recently switched to hosting on sitegrounds, using wordpress and elementor as my editor. Whenever I make a change, it does not seem to take place until the following day. I can see the changes while editing, but not when I visit the website via it’s domain. I assumed it was a cache issue, but I cleared cache and also checked on other devices and the “unupdated” website persists, sometimes it even breaks the header.
Is there a fix for this issue?

I used to use [wordpress.com]) and updates were instant which is why I’m asking.
If this is a sitegrounds issue but another reliable host does better, I need a webhost which allows subdomains on the same hosting plan. Open to recommendations.

This is some kind of caching that helps your site load faster. You’ll have to figure out what is doing the caching, and how to flush your cache when you make changes.
I’d guess it’s sitegrounds supercacher:
Install the SH Optimizer plugin (if it isn’t already). It places a “purge cache” button on the admin toolbar.
