I tried to create another Welcome Bar but cannot create a new one either.
Does the Free one only allow you to do 1 only ?
Is there limitations on the free version ?
Maybe that’s why I cannot see it now, as I have to pay for it now ?

I tried it in my other browser and it shows. Therefore I assume I had viewed it once on my Firefox and closed it therefore, when I go back to the website it doesn’t show it anymore as I had closed it months ago.
I would have assumed if I go back to the website a day later, or week later, then the popup should come back up ?
OR it remembers and never comes back up because the Customer has already been on the website and doesn’t show it again ?
Or is there a setting I am missing so that it shows it every time a Customer comes back to the website to REMIND them of the “FREE SHIPPING”?

Can you please share a link to the site where the welcome bar is supposed to be, so we can check?
Please double-check any “after submission” settings added as this may explain why once you close the welcome bar it doesn’t reappear on another page visit/ on page refresh.
Also, in the free version you can create one bar only.
