This evening I was designing a content template in Toolset for a new CPT, when my site stopped loading – but then I quickly realized it was *only* the Toolset content templates that wouldn’t load, and still yet, it was only 2 that wouldn’t load out of 3 total (I have no idea why one conspicuously loads just fine while the other’s don’t).
Cloudflare says a timeout has occurred at the host with the following message:
>If you’re the owner of this website: The connection to the origin web server was made, but the origin web server timed out before responding. The likely cause is an overloaded background task, database or application, stressing the resources on your web server. To resolve, please work with your hosting provider or web development team to free up resources for your database or overloaded application.
I was hoping it would resolve on its own, but it’s been several hours like this. Cloudways says my Vultr server is at 2% CPU usage and 1.35GB RAM out of 3.85GB, so from my layman’s eyes, it doesn’t look like the server is particularly stressed.
Mostly, I’m trying to figure out who I should contact for support – Toolset? Or is it more likely some kind of database issue? I just have no idea at this point
