This message has been reoccurring for about a year on my website even after numerous fix by my webmaster.
What can I do please?
Any pointers?

This is usually something you can call your hosting provider about. That error doesn’t lead to much via Google, so you’ll likely need to either look at your server configuration to figure out what is possibly overloaded/underpowered, or let your hosting customer service do that for you.
