Can anyone help me by recommending a well-coded, lean Table of Contents plugin that will automatically generate a simple ToC from my headers in each post, and hopefully get Google to include some of those sub-headers in the search results.
(I’ve been told that having a Table of Contents that links to sub-headers can help with this).
