What plugin/library/framework would you use to create a WordPress site with web tools on it? (like counting words on a page, comparing text, etc.)

I am looking to put web tools like the following on a WordPress site.

[https://wordcounter.net/]) \- Count words inside a text box.

[https://text-compare.com/]) \- Compare text strings.

[https://pinetools.com/remove-duplicate-lines]) \- Remove duplicate lines from text.

I’m not sure how to approach this though.

What plugins, composer packages, development frameworks, etc., would be useful or appropriate to create a site that contains tools/scripts like these?
