What plugins do I need to create a similar WordPress site?

Hi all! I'm a freelancer and a client of mine wanted me to create a similar WordPress website that would show users the following data. This will be based on a specific users data.

I'm already provided the data in an excel sheet, we just don't know which plugins to use for what he wants. We already tried AffiliateWP but couldn't make it work to how he wants it.

We need a plugin to present the data. A plugin that will let us create our own custom portal where users can log in to.
