Best optimization plugin?

[ad_1]

Hi,

I’m on the final steps of an e-commerce website I’m doing. I started the optimization part with Nitropack but it messed up my website. I had a video banner that lazy loaded even though I put it as an exception and also it was not compatible with Smash Balloon and it didn’t show my Instagram grid.

Now I deactivated and don’t know what happened but my website it’s way slower than when I didn’t have any optimization on.

Does anyone know another option? I do have Clouflare but I don’t know if it’s enough.

  1. Ideally you should write lean HTML code with JavaScript, or use a theme builder that writes clean code, such as bricks. use properly sized images & possibly Webp for images.

Avoid use of videos, use page speed insights to get a better understanding why your website is slow.

Optimisation Plugins can only do so much, some may help some may not depending how you built the website

  2. No plug-in will solve things that you must learn by practice. Run speed tests. Check what are the red flags. Go from there. Learning this is priceless
