Found the issue, GDPR Cookie Consent was blocking the reCAPTCHA JS from running and causing the form to error when trying to submit.
Both our stage and prod sites Contact form 7 – that are added on reCAPTCHA type:v3 settings, will error out if I enable the Integration.
Checking Chrome Console, I can see the following error:\
Uncaught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (index.js?ver=5.9.3:1:470)Latest CF7 Version 5.9.3 is installed.
