so basically I see that we have these page builders that speed ups the process of layout and design, but I also see that theme developers build sometimes directly from the code editor using html css from scratch, i would like to know when is necessary to use one or another, and real cases in which a page builder could benefit or hard code development could be better
When the page builder can’t do exactly what you’re trying to achieve, you use custom code.
