Where do you manage H O S T I N G D O M A I N S etc in WordPress admin?

I have recreated the site in a different builder, and need to update the DNS information to point to this new website. How do I find the settings to manage this? I have looked everywhere!
It took me a while to get this post through since the moronic rules doesn’t allow you to write Hosting in the title….
