Please use “Bing Shopping” as a template to create the feed.
Bing shopping and Bing local Inventory are not the same. Bing shopping is to add your items to bing shopping while Local Inventory Ads are an advertising format for your Microsoft Shopping Campaigns that allows you to showcase your products and local retail store information to nearby shoppers on Bing.com.
