We are planning to buy some paid plugin and theme for our agency ? A bit confused right now if we should invest in themes from themeforest for each project or invest on page builders like elementor pro ,and also slider revolution , WP rocket , we also need to upgrade our current website ? SO what should we invest on ?
I can recommend ManageWP and Duplicator Pro. We also have Wp-optimize Pro but i guess there are other good alternatives too

With Elementor Pro and ACF you’re practically golden. You can basically do almost anything with that.
I personally never go with themes from themeforrest unless you like to deal with very limited support or none at all. Just manage everything yourself, which includes building your own theme with Elementor.
You’ll so many different answers that you’re nit going to be better off that before asking here. Simply looking at your post seems like you don’t develop as an agency. Personally that might be your biggest “problem”. Build your own theme and extend it so you can use that over and over again, would be my advice. Same goes with some base plugin that you might build or build with. For me that ACF Pro but thats not really needed these days if you can program… so this is subjective.
Outside of that you should also limit the options for hosting and other services since that can be a big source of “other things” you need to cover.
I don’t know what services you offer but that would be the first step I’d take to see what I really need. Asking people here will give you lots of answers. Some great, some good, and a lot of others, but none of us know you and your situation, people, skills…
