I really like the design of this website:
It has a forum and a comment system, I can’t see anywhere what theme or template they have used but my instinct tells me that everything is WordPress, does anyone know a similar theme or exactly what theme they use?

Have you tried the WebApplyzer extension?
It is a WordPress based site. If you examine the markup without the caching you can see its using the zinc theme.

Very ugly and slow site. Strange ‘German Type’ web design. A lot of valid information with a lot of visual distraction. Hard to read.
My numismatic book looks cleaner and better organized.
