I have been looking to purchase Elementor for a while but I am really new at building websites so I don’t know what is exactly the right step, also I read mixed reviews on Elementor.
Also I don’t know anything about coding etc.
What website builder do you recommend for someone who is absolute n00b in this field?
Thanks!

Elementor is pretty popular and you’ll find a wealth of additional addon plugins and themes built around it in the repository. There’s a free version of it, too, so you can download that without going Pro on it and see if you like it before investing money into it.
That said, I’m a fan of just using the Gutenberg Editor in combination with a good starting theme that gets me most of the way to where I want to be and then the occasional plugin for additional features (like counters).
Most websites consist of a header, a body made up of rows and columns, and a footer. You can take the Astra Theme and get a great header and footer design, then come in with Gutenberg and layout your columns and rows as necessary.
Elementor can be overwhelming in comparison, even if it can do a lot of cool things. Plus, understanding the underlying and core aspects of WP is a great place for a “noob” to start.
