Why I got a dublicate email when sending only one form?

The issue might be with the SMTP plugin that you are using. Fluent Form will only trigger the email once. You can check the submission log of the form entry and you see a log of the email notification that is triggered.

You can try changing your SMTP to a different SMTP provider and check if you still face the same issue.
