I’ve never built a website before, and the whole thing has been pretty overwhelming to me, so sorry in advance if this question is stupid😅
I’m using the Promos theme right now, and it gives me two locations for my menus: Primary and Social Icons. I have my main menu set to Primary, which shows up on the navigation bar, like I wanted. But I have my social media menu set to Social Icon, and they don’t show up anywhere. I tried switching the two menus around, and the problem remained the same, where the menu set to Primary works, but the one set to Social Icons doesn’t.
I assumed this was just an issue with the theme, but I’ve since switched to multiple other themes, and encountered the exact same problem. The only themes that don’t seem to have this problem, are ones with search bar and shopping cart icons, which I don’t want on my website, and don’t know how to remove.
I don’t know if this is something I’m doing wrong, if I’m choosing shitty themes, or something else, so some tips and guidance would be much appreciated!
