Hello,
In Oxygen builder, there is a general setting : “Smooth scroll to dash link”
This option is disabled by Autoptimize when we turn on “Concaténer les fichiers JS ?” Now, I turned off and the Swooth scroll is running again.
Here is an example of a page where smooth scroll is running (click on “Voir plus de détails”).
