Hello all,
I’m looking for recommendations for a good LMS to automate trainings that I sell. At the moment courses are listed as simple products on my WooCom site, and once someone buys it they get a link to download material in PDF. Later I manually send them PDF exams which they then return and I manually make a certificate and send via email. **Needless to say, I am need to automate this process, it’s 2024?**
**First**, I would be interested in an LMS plugin that can show content, it should also have MCQ exams and most importantly PDF certificate generation with their name, DOB, date, etc. maybe even QR code/link to verify authenticity of certificate later?
**Second**, that’s a bit more complicated, sometimes I have a company rep purchase 5 trainings for their employees, so I am not sure how to solve and automate this. How can those 5 other people now get access to LMS when they don’t even have an account on my WordPress yet? Can the company rep automatically get 5 access codes that they can share with their employees so they can redeem trainings themselves?
***Third (small problem)***, sometimes I need to send a certificate to a company rep only, and not share it with the student directly (so that they don’t run off to company 2, when company 1 funded their training! lol)
Anyone knows a plugin(s) I could use to achieve something like this? I wouldn’t mind any premium plugins, but would ideally like to stay away from having to build anything custom. The website isn’t making a ton of money at the moment, but it has potential, and if I can streamline the admin work, I can focus on making more courses!

If you haven’t already you may want to check out Lifter LMS. Used it on a few sites and it worked well.
