I dont see anyway to talk to someone other than the support forum. I have a premium account but it seems to only warn me of a hack not deter them, often the scan doesnt find the hack and I have to depend on a sucuri scan.
Update: wordfence said “It might be a new varaint of malware that we aren’t aware of.”
Im beginning to think because I have a shared hosting account a neighbouring account might be infected.
