Hello today I have just finished my first website and instaled+setup the wordfence plugin.
At the bottom you can see activity from me ( I am from Slovakia). After and hour as I finished I noticed there was some weird entry in traffic report from Amsterdam with url:
domain com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
And weird host name. I am not from Netherlands, I dont have any organic traffic yet on my site.
Any idea what could it be/ has anyone come across something simillar in their experience?

It’s likely a bot that interacted with your site because your site is on the internet.
There are bots crawling the web constantly for WordPress sites to exploit and it is very common to see traffic hits such as these. That doesn’t mean your site has a security issue but it does mean you should be proactive in making sure it is secure (strong passwords, up-to-date core/theme/plugins, and so on).
