I am interested in using WordPress for web design, while I prefer Ghost for writing blog posts. I am considering how to integrate both platforms together, and I would appreciate any ideas you have.
One option I am considering is creating my main website on example.com and my blog on a subdomain such as blog.example.com. Another option is to create my main website on example.com and my blog on a different top-level domain such as example.blog.
To link the two websites, I am thinking of adding a “blog” button on my WordPress site that directs users to my Ghost blog and adding a “home” button on my Ghost blog to redirect users back to the main site. However, I am unsure if this approach would have any negative impact on SEO.
What are your thoughts on this?
