WordPress breaks after installing theme

Hi need some advice, could be something very stupid!

I install WordPress locally, I can view 127.0.0.1 no problem. I proceed to delete all the standard plug ins, post & pages.

After this I then install a theme and a child theme (tested using blocksy & astra). Once installed 127.0.0.1 is completely unavailable.

I am going to reimage the whole laptop later today if I can’t resolve it as going to pull my hair out!
