I am wanting to start building my site using WordPress but I want to wait to buy a domain and hosting until I have what I feel like a good site with ample content. Is there a way to do this? I have searched online and someone suggest using Localhost but I couldn’t find anymore information on that part.
Basically I just want to create my site and use a few months to build the content to a good level and then make it live. I feel like that is a better approach than buying a year of hosting and wasting a few months to build the site/create the content.
