WordPress Changes Not Showing – Only when I refresh the navigator + goes extremely slow

Hi community,

I’m building my website with Elementor and I’ve noticed a few issues when I make changes to any page:

* The changes don’t update when I’m not logged into WordPress.
* When accessing the link on other devices, the changes don’t show up until the page is refreshed in the browser.
* Sometimes, when the page loads, it breaks the styles (CSS) of my website when i’m not logged in.
* Accessing the site on other devices is extremely slow, but this doesn’t happen when I’m logged in.

To mitigate the slow access issue, I tried adding a plugin to clear the cache, but I don’t think that’s the problem. I also used a plugin called WP-Optimize to minify the code (I’ve attached an image with all the checkboxes selected). However, I later restored the code without minifying it because I didn’t see any improvements and it caused problems—sometimes my screen would crash, showing blank pages without text or images.

I really don’t know what to do. I also flushed the cache from GoDaddy (our host). Does anyone know how to solve these problems? Additionally, I’ve encountered some responsiveness issues on certain devices, even when using the Elementor tool. I’ve attached an image showing all the plugins I’m using.
