A recent update to Media Sync removed the option to specify an upload folder to scan. As a result, it always scans all folders, which takes a VERY long time. And selecting folders within the list is also VERY slow.
Please restore the option to select an upload folder to scan. And please add that option to the main Media Sync section, instead of in Settings.
