I am trying to make a simple checklist form with 10 items, the last item will be “none of the above”, if none of the above is selected the other items get deselected, then when the user submits the form if any items from 1-9 are selected it will go to a page, if none of the above is selected it will go to a different page. Is there a plugin I can used for this or can someone point me the right direction?
