WordPress.com ran out of media storage– what are my best options?

I run a blog with a lot of film clips and images and I’ve hit the limit of the 200gb of [Wordpress.com]) storage I pay dearly for. What are some easy inexpensive options for uploading media (images and videos) for WordPress? Thanks!
Either offload the content to a different storage provider than your host, optimize the content so it doesn’t take up as much space, or do both
