WordPress Gutenberg. How to edit the frame of a block?

As seen in the image, the Menu frame is outside the wished frame, reaching the edge of the page.

I would like to align the menu block frame with the logo block frame.

I know I can insert a spacer before Home button to snap the menu bit to the right, but I wonder if it can be done more efficiently (e.g., from the default settings) or additional CSS coding.
