Okay, long story short, I recently received a job to restructure an existing WordPress account for a small business overseas. I created a successful mock and my client loved it. Here is where I need help. I cannot access their WordPress account. Yes, I have checked and triple checked the username and password and it is correct, yet no matter what, WordPress says it is wrong or does not exists. I had a meeting with my client where they showed me their screen using the username and password, yet they were able to access the account. What am I missing? Do I need to download their hosting to my computer? Do I need to have my VPN on to their location? Any help on the matter would be really appreciated because I need to do this as soon as possible!! Help. Thank you!
