WordPress on CentOS + Apache. How to fix Reduce initial server response time

I have a small website hosted on a Linode VPS.
OS: CentOS
Web Server: Apache
WordPress version: Latest
Cache & Speed Plugin: WP-Rocket
Low traffic: 30 hits/day

PageSpeed says:
Reduce initial server response time but I have no clue how to reduce it.

I have been reading that Ngnix is faster than Apache & I should move to Nginx.

Can someone pls point me in the right direction?
