Every file within public_html suddenly vanished and only the wp-folders remained intact. After manually installing wordpress and even though those folders contain newer, up-to-date files, my database only goes up to August 27, meaning that a week worth of posts are now gone.
I already contacted my webhost to see what the hell happened, but I doubt they'll be any help and I am beyond mad.
Anyone know what could've possibly happened?
Strange. Who’s your host? I’d try reaching out to them.
