Can’t Get Rid of Scroll-Snap/Sticky Header & Footer!

Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to WordPress, and should have joined this group a long time ago, but here now!

For some reason cannot get my site to stop snapping from the top to bottom of pages. I fixed this before, but can't remember what I even did (I'm fairly new to WordPress. I'm using Youzify and BuddyPress for members areas (that's where I notice it the most) and Elementor Pro for everything else on my site, and a custom Elementor theme. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but again, I'm pretty new to WordPress.
