WordPress User Profile fitlerable field

Hey guys,

I would like to store a form in the Profile Builder where the user can make a selection and the viewer can later filter according to this. Like in this example here, where you can filter by location or business type.:

Somebody knows whats the best way to go for this? Or do you have a good tutorial?
