Would you use the Table of Content block that comes with one of the Elementor packs or would you purchase a Table of Content plugin ?

so Ive had this for a few months and its been bugging me in my WordPress blogs my share icons are displayed from right to left when the page goes live they go up and down. I have flicked all the switched to fix it but noting is working any help? TIA
